Raw raspberry bliss balls

I was craving raspberries, also I was craving some time in the kitchen! So I went to the store and bought some raspberries and head home for some experiment in the kitchen. These bliss balls turned out really good with a nice flavour of fresh raspberries. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

1 cup gluten free oats

1 cup nuts (I used cashews, but you can use any nuts)

10 pitted dates

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 cup raw beetroot (1/2 beetroot)

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 dash of fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp coconut oil (optional if you want the balls to harden in the fridge, I did not use any oils)

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients in your food processor. I used shredded coconut to decorate, however you can use anything from nuts to raw cacao powder :) Enjoy!
