Easy to make pizza

Vegan & gluten free pizza

This pizza is so easy to make! just few ingredients and the crust will end up with crunchy edges. We love it!

The crust is made of buckwheat, so its gluten free and gives a very nice flavour. I love having bananas and curry on my pizza, whereas Calvin like the more "ordinary" pizza toppings. You can add anything! its all up to your liking :)

1 serving:

1 cup buckwheat flour

1 garlic cloves (minced)

2-3 tbsp. water (add as much water you need for a dough)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: rosemary, thymes, cumin, cayenne pepper etc.

1-2 cup pasta sauce (if store bought, make sure it is vegan)

1-2 cup vegan cheese


1. Work the ingredients until becomes doughy. Then flatten it on a pan. (You don't need to bake the crust before adding toppings!)

2. Then:

First layer: pasta/tomato sauce

Second layer: vegan cheese

Third layer: add your pizza toppings

3. Suggested toppings:

Bananas, curry, spinach, broccoli, sweet potato, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, mushrooms, onion, asparagus, kale etc.

4. Bake in the oven for about 30 min (400 F/200 C)
